Griffin is a company that strives to impact the communities we serve positively. We do this by supporting various local initiatives through the Griffin Foundation Trust, which we set up to contribute to meaningful causes.
This year, we’ve been delighted to support Branfil School in Upminster. Here’s what we’ve been doing:
Branfil School Summer Fayre
This Summer, we had the privilege of supporting the Branfil Primary School Summer Fayre. Our contribution of £1810 made a significant impact, and we were proud to be part of such a meaningful cause.
The money was raised via Griffin property boards. We contributed funds for every Griffin board school parents allowed outside their homes.
The photo above captures the heartwarming moment when Alan Webb, MD and Owner of Griffin, presented the first cheque to the children of Branfil.
The money will be used to help the School with new equipment and help the PTA fund further events and activities.
Branfil Primary School Christmas Bazaar
Earlier in December, we were at the School again, this time supporting the annual Christmas Bazaar. We’ve had our own Griffin stall with a ‘Hook the Duck’ game and the opportunity to win prizes, including special goody bags and a bottle of champagne. We managed to raise £176 for the School, and we’re thrilled that this money will go towards much-needed School initiatives for 2025 and beyond.
