Our history
Griffin was established in June 2006 on Orsett Road, Grays, Essex. With a decade of fast growth by acquiring popular high-street firms such as Copes, Let IT, and David Abbott Estate Agents, we now operate six additional branches (Upminster, Elm Park, Stanford-Le-Hope, Basildon, Ockendon, Benfleet). We also offer a comprehensive range of estate and management services through associated companies, including commercial, auction, and financial services.
Community commitment
In 2013, we established The Griffin Foundation Trust, awarding over £150,000 in financial grants to local individuals, charities, and groups. As a proud Essex business, we continue to give back to the communities we serve.
