Ian was born and raised in Tilbury, giving him deep-rooted knowledge of the town and its surrounding areas. Over his 30 years opf experience, I gained extensive experience working for various companies in London’s Docklands, Havering, Brentwood, Basildon, and Thurrock.
Outside of work, he is a devoted family man with three beautiful daughters, one gorgeous grandson, and strong family ties in Tilbury, East Tilbury, Chadwell, and Grays.

Collette joined the Griffin Group through our purchase of the Let It property business in 2018 and quickly became an essential member of staff dealing with property accounts and maintenance.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family including her children, going to the theatre, shopping and holidays.

Jessica has recently joined Griffin and has been in the industry since 2016 and has a love for property. I started with Griffin in 2019 and have seen the company grow considerably, having worked in property management for over 15 years across London, it feels better being closer to home in Grays. The day to day of maintenance can be stressful but it is also very rewarding helping the public with our every day issues. We have some amazing tech behind us to help keep in touch with landlords, tenants and contractors too.
Outside work, I enjoy walking to keep fit, listening to music, eating out, and going to the theatre, I love a musical! My other passion is West Ham football club and have been to watch them live on many occasions, I also love watching Wimbledon tennis.
I love spending time with my family and friends, and going on holidays but who doesn’t love that! If I had to choose a favourite destination, it would have to be Italy.

Josie joined the Griffin Group in 2019 from our purchase of the Copes Estate Agency in Grays and brings a long and broad range of experience. Josie provides a vital service in the processing of rents and liaising with landlords.

Karen has been with the Griffin Group for over 10 years working in the property management department ensuring any property repairs and queries are dealt with as quickly as possible.
Outside of work Karen enjoys cooking for her family including her three Grandchildren and travelling to nice hotels throughout Britain.

Sandra joined the Griffin family when they completed the take over of the Robert Stephens brand in November 2022. As an experienced property manager , Sandra loves helping landlords and tenants with any issues. In her spare time, Sandra loves spending time with her family.

Adam Bolton
Head Of Block Management
Adam has joined Griffin in 2025 and has worked in block management for 5 years, previously as a head of block for a property management company in Hertfordshire. Adam has studied through The Property Institute to an associate level and is currently continuing his studies for member’s level.
Adam has strong organisation skills, has a passion for managing major works projects as well as ensuring the safety of the blocks he manages. Adam enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and friends.
Kim Biniaz
Block Manager
Kim has been in the property industry for over 4 Years.
Having previously worked for a property management company in London, she would like to utilise her experience to ensure that the blocks which are managed by the block management team are met to high standards.
One of Kim’s roles within the block management department includes liaising and building a good rapport with our clients and contractors and ensuring that their queries are investigated and resolved.
Kim enjoys meeting her friends and family in her spare time.
Chloe Sharp
Property Manager
Chloe started working for Griffin in 2022 and it is her first role in the property industry. She is currently enrolled on a property management course and is looking forward to broadening her knowledge and experience in this department.
Chloe ensures that the service provided to our clients is reliable and to the highest standard. One of her main roles within the department is to prepare the annual service charge demands, also ensuring repairs are dealt with in a timely manner protecting our clients’ investments.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends and going to the gym.

Angela has been with the Griffin Group since 2006 and is the proud Mother of the owner Alan Webb and has helped the company grow extensively. Angela brings a high level of customer service and knowledge to our hard-working Property Management team.

Harrison has been in property for over 6 years, he first started out as a trainee sales and lettings negotiator and is now moving on to get his qualifications in Property/Block Management. He thrives to attracted new business while providing a tailored service and making sure all clients expectations are met, this results in gaining a personal relationship with them. In his free time, he enjoys boxing and owns horses.

Alan started the Griffin Group with our Grays office in June 2006 and with his guidance has expanded rapidly to become the largest independent estate agency in Thurrock. In 2021 Alan launched an expansion into Havering with another four offices added to the Group.
Alan is a West Ham season ticket holder and is a passionate angler taking regular trips to France to his lake in Etang Des Flores.

Brooke joined the Griffin Group in July 2015 and has covered many roles in sales and lettings which provides her with a great experience for her current responsibilities as the PA to the Managing Director Alan Webb.
