Please upload, Photo ID (Valid Passport or Driving Licence) proof of ownership of the property (land registry title), a copy of your latest mortgage stamen showing who the mortgage company is and a copy of a valid buildings insurance certificate. If the property is leasehold, please advise who the FREEHOLDER IS (who you pay ground rent too along with the MANAGING AGENT of the building (who you pay your service charge too).

Please Note; Thurrock Council may request other documents during this process, we will be in touch should this be the case.
